Casa Azul Hotel Blu-UBS Arena

The rooms are clean, it was nice it not had a bunch of people running around very pleasant I like the fact that there is any apartment however you're not like the fact that they have cars parked in the handicap that day that wasn't supposed to be there and it was a van that stayed in the handicap parking

How modern the room was and it was close to amenities.

The hotel was recently remodeled. It offered free parking and was in a very convenient location to access the free shuttle bus to and from the UBS arena which saved us parking fees and the hassle of locating our car and driving in bumper to bumper traffic after the event. We walked to Queens Village LIRR station to board the shuttle bus at 5pm and the doors to UBS opened at 5:30pm for a 7:30pm Concert. The Concert ended at 10:30pm and the bus driver showed us the clearly marked shuttle location for pick up after the event and stated that multiple busses would run until 11:30pm. It could not have gone more smoothly. UBS website has maps of the shuttle locations. Their busses are clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to get food within walking distance of this hotel but we chose to have Uber Eats deliver to the hotel since we had been traveling 5 hours. We arrived earlier than our expected checkin but paid a $50 fee to checkin 3 hours early. Very nice staff were helpful at check in. We were surprised at having a 75” TV in the room and a good sized mini fridge to use. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

The price was good, paid 1200$ for 6 nights, in Manhattan I would pay over 2000$, also staff was friendly Was well equipped gaint TV and comfortable big bed, grocery Store is also just a 5min walk, and the Bus Station is in Front of the hotel

Our stay was for one night as we were in town for a funeral/viewing. We requested an early check in and thankfully they were able to accommodate our request. We were able to rest up a bit and get ready without rushing to get to the services on time. So thank you!
